If the chain breaks at the weld site, please contact me immediately. If chain breaks on a chain link I am happy to take a look and see if I'm able to fix it with a jump ring and weld. If you lose your chain, you will have to purchase a new one. 

There are few situations where your piece of jewelry will need a resize, This may include but are limited to: the chain stretching (common with fine jewelry over time), changes in weight, pregnancy, and more. Please contact me if you have any questions!

Free for children under 12 years old. Although permanent jewelry is designed to stay on permanently through welding it closed, some clients do still require or desire the ability to remove when they want to. If you love the idea of designing your own custom piece or jewelry, but want the option to take it on and off, then add a clasp for easy removal!
